MA to provide counsel to tenants statewide

The Governor of Massachusetts announced a new program to provide $100 million in rental assistance, $48.7 million for rapid rehousing of evicted tenants, and $8-9 million for tenant representation. The representation program will provide counsel to all tenants statewide for as long as the funding lasts.
