Support Our Work

The NCCRC, which is operated by the Public Justice Center, celebrated its thirteenth anniversary in 2016. And thanks to growing support from our partners and allies, we are busier than ever!  With roughly 300 participants in 38 different states, and work all over the country, the NCCRC is leading the effort to expand the right to counsel in basic human needs cases such as shelter, safety, sustenance, health, and child custody.

We welcome your help. The NCCRC is partially supported by individuals who voluntarily share contributions, organizational members and by a grant from the Public Welfare Foundation. Our host organization, the Public Justice Center, covers the gap with its own unrestricted funds, but this is only a short-term solution.

Please visit our donation page to help us continue the momentum. Or you can send a check (made out to "Public Justice Center" with "NCCRC" in the Notes field) to:
