Where a person is occupationally exposed to blood or bodily fluid of another and seeks to have the other submit to an HIV test, the person subject to the test has a right to appointed counsel upon request if indigent.  Me. Rev. Stat. Ann. tit. 5, § 19203-C(2)(C).
