The National Legal Aid and Defenders Association (NLADA) has a webpage devoted to studies analyzing the economic benefit of meeting civil legal needs. These studies seek to quantify the financial
impact of legal representation for clients, the cost of lack of representation, and the cost savings when counsel is available.
