Philadelphia Bar to Cover Civil Right to Counsel in CLE Event

On December 1, 2011, the Philadelphia Bar Association will be holding its Public Interest Law Day.  From 3-4:30 PM, there will be a panel entitled "Updates on Innovative Access to Justice Projects and the Civil Right to Counsel Movement".
