Legislation (dead): civil forfeiture

HB 2098 would have required the public defender to be appointed in civil forfeiture proceedings.  It was introduced and referred to JPS, FPRPP, and Rules Committees, and while the FPRPP Committee approved it, it died in the JPS Committee.
