A court may appoint counsel for any person before a hearing (such as contempt hearings) that may result in incarceration of a person alleged to have violated a court order relating to counseling, treatment, education programs, or other restraining or protective order relating to the supervision, protection and control of a minor, if the court finds that the person is indigent. Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 8-234(G).
